Garden of Peace Project was created to uplift, uphold, and empower the narratives and lived experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals and to address the lack of education, employment, healthcare, and housing, and the violence that impacts all LGBTQIA+ individuals. They choose to stand in solidarity with the collective to dismantle the systemic and structural violence and erasure that has led to continued & disproportionate barriers to education, employment, healthcare, and housing and increased victimization and violence. To that end, over the past three years, they have worked with over 100 community organizations and businesses to provide cooperative resources and tool-sharing.
